Kismia Terms of Service

By opening or using Kismia you agree to these terms in full. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, please stop using the site.

Kismia is available only to people aged 18 or over who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in their country of residence.

Kismia provides fictional companion characters for entertainment and conversation. Every character is invented and every portrait shown on the site is computer generated.

Nothing on Kismia represents a real individual. Any resemblance between a character and a living person is unintended and coincidental.

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for everything that happens under your login.

You agree that the information you provide when registering or contacting support is accurate and kept up to date.

You agree not to use Kismia for harassment, fraud, impersonation, distribution of malware, or any activity that breaks the law where you live.

You must not submit content that is illegal, that sexualises minors in any way, that promotes violence, or that infringes the rights of others. Violations end access immediately.

Scraping, crawling, bulk downloading and any automated interaction with the service outside a normal browser session are not permitted.

You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the underlying components of the Kismia service.

Attempts to overload, disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to Kismia systems are prohibited and may be reported to the authorities.

All text, imagery, character design, layout and code presented on Kismia belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law.

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to view and use Kismia for your own non-commercial enjoyment.

Content you submit remains yours. You grant us the limited right to process and store it so the service can operate as described.

Kismia may link to or rely on external providers. Their terms govern their part of the experience and we are not responsible for their conduct.

Where a paid feature exists, its price, billing cycle and inclusions are shown before you confirm. Charges recur only where clearly stated at purchase.

Subscriptions continue until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are handled according to the consumer protection rules of your jurisdiction and the refund terms published at the point of sale.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in suspension while the payment provider reviews the dispute.

We work to keep Kismia online continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and outages can occur.

Features may be added, altered or withdrawn as the service evolves. Where a change is material we will make a reasonable effort to announce it.

Conversations on Kismia are entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and must not be relied on as such.

If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional. A companion on Kismia cannot help in that situation.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the extent permitted by law, Kismia is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

You agree to hold Kismia harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or close access where these terms are breached, where fraud is suspected, or where the law requires it.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there.

If a clause is found unenforceable the remaining clauses stay in force. We may revise these terms and the revision date above shows the current version.
