Kismia Privacy Policy
How Kismia collects, uses, stores and protects the information of people who visit the site and chat with our companions.
Last updated: 20 August 2026
Kismia operates the website at kismias.com and the companion chat experience presented on it. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and users, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
This policy covers the Kismia website, its pages and any chat sessions started from it. It does not cover third-party websites you may reach through links published here.
Kismia is intended solely for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and any account we identify as belonging to a minor is removed together with its data.
This includes anything you type into a chat, any preference you set for a companion, and any message you send to our support team.
When you visit Kismia we may record your IP address, browser type, device category, referring page, approximate region and the pages you view. This data helps us keep the site fast and secure.
Kismia uses cookies to remember your session, keep your preferences between visits and measure aggregate traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may then behave unexpectedly.
We use aggregated analytics to understand which pages are useful and which are not. Analytics reports show trends and totals rather than the identity of individual visitors.
The messages exchanged with a Kismia companion are processed so the conversation can continue coherently. We do not publish your chats, sell them or use them to build a public profile of you.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, on the performance of our agreement with you, and on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service.
We process data to deliver the chat experience, personalise companion responses, prevent abuse, comply with the law, respond to support requests and improve the site.
Kismia does not use your personal data to make automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant consequences for you.
We share limited data with vendors who host our infrastructure, deliver content, process payments and provide security tooling. These vendors act on our instructions only.
Our providers may store or process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Inactive account data is removed on a rolling schedule.
We apply encryption in transit, access controls, network monitoring and regular review of our systems. No online service can promise absolute security, and we do not pretend otherwise.
If a breach affects your personal data and creates a real risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within the timeframes the law sets.
You may ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it in a common format.
You may ask us to correct information that is wrong, or to delete information we no longer have a valid reason to keep.
You may ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you may request your data in a machine-readable form.
Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place lawfully.
We only send marketing messages to people who opted in, and every message contains a one-click way to stop receiving them.
Pages on Kismia may link to sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own and we encourage you to read them before sharing anything.
No part of Kismia is designed for or directed at children, and every character presented on the site is an adult fictional persona.
Browsers currently send Do Not Track signals in inconsistent ways. Kismia does not respond to them, but it also does not follow users across unrelated websites.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may complain to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to fix it first.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The revision date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.
Questions, requests and rights enquiries can be sent to the Kismia team through the contact route published on this website, and we aim to reply within thirty days.
